This place is great if you like Mexican food, the service is lively and fast. They really know what there doing.
Ask for Olivia she is a great server!! Attentive to detail! Food is delicious!!
It was great. I had the tortilla crusted chicken with sauteed mushrooms and shrimp on top it was awesome.
Average tex-mex
Everytime we order from here, (to go order by the way.. So drinks aren't included in the price) we always end up with a meal missing. They do not refund. We live 25 minutes away. $47 for four people without appetizers and sodas is way too much! Time to take our business elsewhere.
No Menues..no good MARGARITA..
Gotta love their special boito
The food was deliciousKate our waitress was great. She remembered us from a previous trip in. That is a sign of a great waitress who takes the time to know her customers! We will go back again and again.
Casa Ole is always a go to place for myself and my family. Very friendly staff, clean establishment. I've never had a compliant about the quality of food, quality of service, anything. Highly recommend Casa for a good dine in meal or a take out order.
Nice friendly service and food was good
Good food good people love going here every time
We only waited 10 minutes, they apologized cause we had to wait, our server was so nice, she saved us some money.
Wait staff was friendly, there were a couple of instances where we had to wait for drinks or chips but were eventually taken care of. Rico's dip (Queso with seasoned beef) is good if you like appetizers.
Just found out they have $1 margaritas on the 5th and 15th every month! What???
Great service, great food.
Horrible. Waited for over an hour to get food. Finally got food. It was luke warm. 😢 Will NOT be going back ever again.
I loved the service but the food was sub par. Had a bad stomach ache after eating.
Visor Casa is,the best. The six of us enjoyed both good food and service. The servers make sure your needs are met with a smile.
Yummy food.. the staged mask event sucked
Good. Pretty much like every other one. Server was nice. Food was good.
Green sauce was salty and too much cream. Wife had Chimicanga that was all grease & cheese. Chips were just pieces. $40 that won't go back there.
Waitress was great! Food came out very good.
Food was decent, surprisingly came out pretty quick for how packed it was and sat us relatively quick. The waitress was phenomenal (wish I would've grabbed her name, I'll make an edit if I can get her name), she was hustling and had a great attitude, kept the drinks and chips flowing. Can't give it a perfect score, they were out of green sauce, out of Dr. Pepper (not that I drink it but still out), I had to clean my own chair of chip crumbs and the floor was pretty dirty underneath the table. It wasn't so bad you'd be flat out disgusted, just an observation, they were really busy this night. Prices are a little high, closer to the $10 a meal price, so a family can rack up a nice sized bill, especially with drinks. Everything in moderation. It was a good experience though, still will come back.
Just went in for queso and salsa to go, took forever and when I got to looking around to see if they forgot about me the lady behind the register (doing nothing) said "your salsa is coming, dude!" Sorry I annoyed you, random old lady. Cheese is good though, salsa too.
Didn't like the fact that half of the restaurant was shut down and everyone was sandwiched into one side of the dining area. Would have been far more pleasant if they would have had the entire seating area open.
Usually great service and food. Last 2 trips, not so much. First trip, there was hair underneath the salad on the crisp, management took no action after saying they would remove it from the bill. Second trip, the guacamole was ruined. Mentioned it to the staff, and they took it back. Came out of the kitchen saying that the whole batch looked like that, then continued to serve it to the customers. It will be a while, before I try again.
We were very dissatisfied. The quality of the food has gone down. We used to love to eat there, especially the dessert, but not after yesterday. Don't know what happened but you are now like all the other BAD Casa Ole's.
Awesome staff and the good came out quick, out waitress was always on hand and even gave recommendations and described anything I didn't recognize.
Great food, great service!
Had a wonderful mommy daughter date here, our waiter was awesome, gave her a bunch of cherries like she requested with her strawberry daiquiri(which is her new favorite! Lol) great service. Stuffed avacado was awesome-sauce! Good times!
Best Mexican food ever! The service was great and the staff was fantastic! Reasonable prices! We are from Louisiana and over to Beaumont to see my sister in hospital! And then stopped there!
Casa ole it used to be awesome our go to restaurant. Now though it was the worst tasting fajitas anything I've ever had really. First thing I thought when tasting shrimp this is bait shrimp but Then worst was the beef. As soon as I was taking a bite the thought of human flesh. I don't know what or why. We've gave them 3 chances all 3 times was awful.
This was our first time of ordering from here. We ordered a hamburger which was great, a wet burrito that was so so and I ordered the 3 chicken enchiladas dinner which was really bad. They were hollow and maybe had a teaspoon of chicken in all three and absolutely no flavor whatsoever. This really ruined our Mexican experience. I do not recommend eating the Mexican items from here, just the American.
Hi had lunch here yesterday service was awesome food was awesome enjoyed our date lunch
Everything they did was quick. They really care. I am grateful for that. I've been to others and they could careless.
Hit & miss on food & service. Easy to find, chips & salsa while you wait for your food. Best items are salsa and chile con queso!
Incredibly rude night shift manager will not be going backwill be talking to the gm monday morning... update: talked to manager everything got fixed or replaced great experience tonight good job guys
Friendly server, good food that arrived fairly quickly despite being a little busy for what few workers there seemed to be there. Clean, and were checked in on plenty by the waitresses to make sure everything was alright. ❤
Quality is way down. Stuffed avocado consisted of at most a 1/4 of an avocado in each side with a 2-3 pieces of beef each, the rest was breading and cheese. They were out of margarita mix and the drinks they sent to us were undrinkable.
Our waitress was very rude and short with us. She was constantly checking her phone but couldn't be bothered to even refill our drinks. I can't remember her name but she had short hair and tattoos. The food was ok, but not as good as it usually is. Just overall disappointed with my experience.
We got chicken fajitas for two, a bowl of Southwest chicken soup, and an order of guacamole. Everything was good. I didn't care much for the chicken, but my boyfriend liked it a lot. And our server Brandy was awesome!
Experience was sub-par. Prefer going to the Beaumont location over any other one even though it's farther.
Good food... Good service.... OK prices!
The 1 star rating is for Orange, Texas. Vidor, Texas gets a 5 star rating. First we went to Casa Ole in Orange, Texas. We were given 1 menu and told due to the virus we couldn't have another one. Even though we didn't know what we wanted, we would have to share and the waitress would wait. Oh yeah the were photo copied from the to go menu. Next our waitress brought us 2 packages of small sized flimsy plastic eating utensils. I asked if we could have real utensils that i could see already wrapped in the next eating section and heard "ummmm, i dont think so". By now my dining experience was ruined. Due to being a nurse I have to eat out alot so I prefer real utensils and my dining experience to be relaxing not frustrating! We left and went to Casa Ole in Vidor. Kaylie was our waitress and she made our dining experience marvelous.
I had placed an online order for curbside pick up. When I pulled in, I tried calling the number which was busy. I ended up having to go inside and they could not find my order (I double checked and I was at the correct Casa Ole). My order was resubmitted, but I asked that they please bring it out to where I was parked as I had just had surgery and couldn't wait inside. Once everything was in order, they brought my food out with a smile. I know the fiasco had nothing to do with the employees who were very helpful. That's why I am giving this review 4 stars rather than 3.
I love the green sauce
The waitress we get almost every time is awesome. Her name is YA Ya
Food was so/so. Queso was delicious but damn they only give you a little bit for $7.50! I had the wet burrito and unfortunately it was probably 75% just rice. The server talked me into upgrading to the fajita steak for an additional $2.00 or so and I may have had 2 ounces of meat in the entire burrito, and it's a BIG burrito. Unfortunately probably will not return.
Awesome food and friendly staff ! When we visit Texas , we always make it to eat at Casa Ole at least once , but usually more, while visiting ! We LOVE Casa Ole !!!
I love this place. The atmosphere, food and service are on point!
